Set Appliance State:
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Ensure DHW is calling for heat
Disconnect the yellow wire from the condense trap and make safe
Ensure DHW is calling for heat

Observation:
User control set to ON position.
Try running the appliance again, does the burner ignite now?
Note:
Ensure the yellow wire cannot touch any of the boiler components or chassis.

and refit as necessary
