Set Appliance State:
User Control to Off Position
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain Access to PCB
Gain Access to PCB

Measurement:
User control switch to ON position.
Measure voltage at connection 1 (brown lead) and connection 6 (blue lead) on connector CN11 on the main PCB.
Note:
It may be necessary to move the main PCB forward to gain access to the connections. Care should be taken to remove the leads connected to the PCB gently to avoid damage or disconnection.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
