Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Gas Off
User Control to Off Position
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Ensure DHW is calling for heat

Measurement:
User control switch to ON position.
Allow fan to run and ignition sequence to commence.
After approximately 20 seconds, measure the voltage across the red and blue connections on the gas valve.
Voltage will only be present for approximately 10 seconds. As burner will not ignite, boiler may go to lockout.
Note:
There will be 5 ignition attempts before appliance will go to lockout.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
