Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Remove 1 x connector from the temperature limiter and make safe
Remove fan control connector from fan assembly and make safe
Remove fan control connector from fan assembly and make safe
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Measure the DC voltage between pin 12 on connector X8
and a suitable earth connection.
Expected voltage approximately 8.0 Vdc or greater.
Notes
1. Fault code will occur but this will not affect the test.
2. Voltage will only be present for approximately 45
seconds after power is reinstated, repeat test as necessary.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
