Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
CH temperature control set to MAX
Expose wiring connections at pump, use insulation mat as required
Expose wiring connections at pump, use insulation mat as required

Measurement:
Measure for AC voltage between the Live and
Neutral connections at the pump.
Expect mains voltage.
Neutral connections at the pump.
Expect mains voltage.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
