Observation:
Inspect the flow and return isolation valves to ensure they are fully open (see note below).
INSPECTION FLOW AND RETURN ISOLATION VALVES
The valves are fully open when this line on the valve is in line with the pipe.
Note.
Earlier valves have 3 positions.
1. Valve towards you (forwards) is to close the primary circuit but allow you to drain the appliance.
2. Valve across is to close the primary circuit and drain.
3. Valve towards the rear (pointing backwards) is the normal open position.
