Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove mains voltage connector from the fan assembly

Measurement:

Test 1.
Measure the resistance between terminals 2 and 3 at the fan assembly.
Test 2.
Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2 at the fan assembly.
Test 3.
Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 3 at the fan assembly.
Expect a resistance of greater than 1 MOhm for each test.
Note.
A reading of O.L is acceptable as this is greater than 1 MOhm.
