Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Unscrew the pump relay PCB and position it upside down with the white relay to the front of the appliance, then secure it to the facia using 2 screws on the right hand side as shown in the image
(do not hold the PCB for this test)
Ensure all connectors are still securely fitted to both PCB's
Attach black lead of multimeter to a suitable earth
(do not hold the PCB for this test)
Ensure all connectors are still securely fitted to both PCB's
Attach black lead of multimeter to a suitable earth

Measurement:
Approximately 5-10 seconds after power is restored to the appliance measure the voltage between the 3rd soldered pin from the left at the top of the Pump Relay PCB as shown and a suitable earth.
Expect mains voltage.
Is the voltage measured as expected?
Note:
The Pump Relay PCB must be orientated as shown in the images or misdiagnosis will occur.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
