Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Release the Control Panel from the appliance casing to allow access (from the rear) to the switch connections.
Release the Control Panel from the appliance casing to allow access (from the rear) to the switch connections.

Measurement:
Measure Mains Voltage across the Red Wire Switch Connection
(at switch) and the Main Appliance Neutral Connection.
(at switch) and the Main Appliance Neutral Connection.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
