Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Ensure appliance OFF and 3A external fuse is removed

Measurement:

Check for continuity i.e. Live in to Live out and Neutral in to Neutral out on the EMC Filter.
