Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Remove the fan/gas valve assembly and burner from
the top of the heat exchanger

Observation:
Using a torch, check the flueways of the
heat exchanger are clear.
Appliances fitted before 2008 have a baffle fitted that will require removal before heat exchanger can be inspected.
Notes:
This component requires the burner to be removed therefore the gasket between the burner and the heat exchanger must be changed.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
