Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove main PCB from gas valve

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance across the two left pins (marked V1) on the gas valve.
Resistance should be approximately 2.8kΩ.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance across the two right pins (marked V2) on the gas valve.
Resistance should be approximately 1.6kΩ.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance from the leftmost pin on the gas valve to a suitable earth.
Resistance should be greater than 1MΩ (or O.L).
Test 4:
Measure the resistance from the rightmost pin on the gas valve to a suitable earth.
Resistance should be greater than 1MΩ (or O.L).
