Set Appliance State:

Boiler drained and discharged
Remove the filter fitted in the central heating return valve
Remove the filter fitted in the central heating return valve
Observation:
Inspect the filter, it should be clear from restrictions and blockages.
Is the filter free from blockages and restrictions?
Is the filter free from blockages and restrictions?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
