Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Drain boiler primary circuit
Remove pressure sensor from appliance

Observation:

Inspect pressure sensor and where it connects into the boiler pipe for any signs of blockages or restrictions.
