Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to main PCB
Disconnect connector X12 from the main PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between pin 3 (white) and pin 10 (orange) at X12.
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance).
