Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
CH Demand
Disconnect one lead from the gas valve modureg coil
Disconnect compensation tube from gas valve
Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point
Disconnect compensation tube from gas valve
Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point

Observation:
1. MINIMUM BURNER PRESSURE
Allow burner to ignite and establish.
Minimum burner pressure measured should be as per table 1.
(if minimum is incorrect select that option below otherwise continue with test)
2. MAXIMUM BURNER PRESSURE
Reconnect lead to gas valve modureg coil.
Mains power ON.
Allow boiler to ignite and establish.
Maximum burner pressure measured should be set as
per system requirements, up to maximum as per table 1.
Note: 1. When checking minimum gas pressure, burner may not always cross light, rectify.
2. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
(if minimum is incorrect select that option below otherwise continue with test)
2. MAXIMUM BURNER PRESSURE

Note: 1. When checking minimum gas pressure, burner may not always cross light, rectify.
2. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
