Set Appliance State:

DHW demand from programmer
DHW temperature selector to high setting
Ensure hot water storage vessel is calling for heat

Attach U Gauge to inlet pressure test point of the gas valve
Gas On

Observation:
Reset boiler if required. Observe the U-Gauge throughout the ignition cycle.
Just after the fan starts there should be a dip in the standing pressure indicating the gas valve has opened, this will be repeated until lockout occurs.
