Remove transformer from PCB this will entail the removal
of the back plate of the control box
Note: Resistances given do not include the additional
resistance measured if fused leads are used
of the back plate of the control box

Measurement:
The transformer has pins on each side of its base. One side has four metal pins, the other has two metal pins. Place the transformer down so that the side with the two metal pins are on the right.
Test 1 Measure the resistance across the two metal pins on the R/H side. Resistance should be approximately 50 Ohms.
Test 2 Measure resistance across the two upper pins on the L/H side. Resistance should be approximately 1 Ohm.
Test 3 Measure resistance across the two lower pins on the L/H side. Resistance should be approximately 1 Ohm.
Replace transformer after test.
