DHW temperature selector to high setting
Ensure hot water storage vessel is calling for heat

Ensure hot water storage vessel is calling for heat
Boiler On/Off switch Off
Pull forward one side of the electrode lead connector
from the control box as shown
Pull forward one side of the electrode lead connector
from the control box as shown

Measurement:
Boiler On/Off switch On.
Reset lockout if necessary.
Allow fan to start, after approximately 30 seconds does sparking occur between the spark generator and the lead?
Note.
Sparking will last for approximately 5 seconds, then repeat after approximately 30 - 40 seconds, if lockout occurs reset until test is complete.
SPARKING OCCURS
SPARKING DOES NOT OCCUR
