Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect the overheat connector from the pcb (orange leads)

Measurement:

Measure for resistance across the orange leads of the disconnected connector.
Expected resistance short circuit.
