Case removal
Firstly open the controls cover at the front of the appliance. Then undo the two screws at the bottom and one screw at the top before lifting off the front cover.
WARNING!
When working inside the control box be aware there are a set of 4 pins at the rear of the board that are live with mains voltage.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
