Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector X11 from the PCB

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between the brown and
blue wires on connector X11.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the brown and
earth wires on connector X11.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between the blue and
earth wires on connector X11.
Expect a resistance of greater than 1 MOhm on each test.
