INSPECTION BURNER AND ELECTRODE GAP

Set Appliance State:

Gas Off

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Remove burner door assembly from appliance

Observation:

Visually inspect the condition of the burner assembly, it should be clean and free from any restrictions / blockages and excessive corrosion.
Measure the gap between the tip of the spark electrode and the burner assembly. This should be approximately 8mm.

Note:
Once the burner door seal has been disturbed it must be replaced.
