Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector X2 from the PCB

Measurement:

Test 1.
Measure the resistance between pin 3 (brown)
on X2 to pin 2 (blue) wire at X1 on the PCB.
Expected resistance greater than 1 MOhm (or O.L).
Test 2.
Measure for resistance between pin 3 (brown)
on X2 to a suitable earth connection.
Expected resistance greater than 1 MOhm (or O.L).
