Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across the closest two soldered points above X1 on the PCB.
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance).
Note:
Fuse is on the other side of these points, testing the fuse this
way saves time as otherwise the PCB needs to be removed.
