Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Disconnect plug for clock (upper middle right connections as shown)

Measurement:

Set clock to ON continuously and check between connection 21 and 23 at the plug.
Expect short circuit.
Set clock to OFF and check between connection 21 and 23 at the plug.
Expect open circuit.
