Observation:
Remove and inspect DHW flow regulator.
Ensure flow regulator is clear of blockages and undamaged.
Note:
The DHW flow regulator is located on the inlet of the cold water supply, in the outlet of the DHW filter.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
