Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure the AC voltage between the input (right hand side) of fuse F2 and a suitable neutral.
Expected voltage between 220 and 240 volts AC.
Note:
Fuse F2 is also marked T125 mA and is the uppermost of the two fuses on the PCB.
