Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the wires from the APS and disconnect the plug J4 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between each wire on the harness from
end to end.
Expected reading short circuit.
