Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove terminal cover on control panel to expose fuses
Remove terminal cover on control panel to expose fuses
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Measure the AC voltage between the output (left hand side) of fuse F2 and a suitable neutral.
Expected voltage between 220 and 240 volts AC.
Note:
Fuse F2 is also marked T125 mA and is the uppermost of the two fuses on the PCB.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
