Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure the AC voltage a the input of fuse F1 (right hand side of fuse) and a suitable neutral.
Expected voltage between 220 and 240 volts AC.
Note:
Fuse F1 is also marked T2A and is the lower of the two fuses on the PCB.
