Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off

Set Multimeter to AC Volts

WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure

Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure voltage across the live (brown lead) and the neutral (blue lead) at the mains power input terminals on the green terminal block marked 230 V on the PCB.
Expected voltage between 220 and 240 volts AC.

Note:
Test is carried out with connector in-situ, attached to the PCB.
