Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
The 11 degrees C Frost Stat (lowermost of the two stats on mounting plate) is at the top right hand side of boiler adjacent to fan.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
