Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Disconnect the two wires running to the external controls and make safe, replace with a wire link between the two terminals
CH temperature control knob to MAX
CH demand on internal timer (if fitted)
Disconnect the two wires running to the external controls and make safe, replace with a wire link between the two terminals
CH temperature control knob to MAX
CH demand on internal timer (if fitted)

Measurement:
Does the boiler now react to a CH demand?
Note:
If the boiler still does not react to a demand leave
the link in place until diagnosis is complete.

and refit as necessary
