Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Remove fuse from control PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between the right hand
side of the fuse holder to the blue wire at J1.
Resistance should be approx. 430 Ohms or greater.
