Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Internal timer switched to the ON position
Remove connections 3 and 4 from the internal timer
Remove connections 3 and 4 from the internal timer
Measurement:
Measure the resistance between the exposed
terminals 3 and 4 of the internal timer.
Expect continuity / zero resistance.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
