Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
CH Demand
CH temperature set to MAX
Attach temperature clamps as indicated to flow and return pipes
Attach temperature clamps as indicated to flow and return pipes
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Allow the appliance to ignite and run for central heating.
Observe the flow and differential temperature.
At approximately 82°C flow temperature, the boiler should either maintain
maximum flow temperature (82°C) or shut down, without E03(overheat) fault code
appearing, during this time the differential temperature should not exceed 30°C.
Note.
1. To speed up this test, reduce the heating circuit by turning off some radiators.
2. If a fault code other than E03 appears CLICK HERE.
