Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Note: A calibrated combustion analyser must be used for this test
Ensure system is cool
Remove diverter valve motor from valve body
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow

Mains Power On

Measurement:

1.Remove the 1/8 inch plug from the flue outlet pipe.
2. Press and hold the "summer" button until the display changes to blinking "t99" max output,
then release the "summer" button.
3. Measure the CO² reading in the flue gases, a CO² reading of 9.1% to 9.5% with a corresponding CO level of 50 to 150 ppm for NATURAL GAS and 10.4 to 10.8% with a corresponding CO level of 50 to 150 ppm for LPG.
4. Using the " - " button for CH temperature control, adjust the display to "t00" minimum output.
5. Measure the CO² readings in the flue gases. The CO² reading must be 8.6 to 9.0% with a corresponding CO level of 5 to 20 ppm for NATURAL GAS and 9.6 to 10% with a corresponding CO level of 5 to 20 ppm for LPG. THE CO² LEVEL AT LOW RATE MUST ALWAYS BE LESS THAN THE CO² LEVEL AT HIGH RATE.
6. To exit combustion mode press reset button.
