Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove control panel cover to reveal PCB
Remove control panel cover to reveal PCB
Measurement:
Measure resistance between A10 and A12 on PCB, track-side, middle right.
Note:
This test is measuring the resistance of the fuse and the transformer.
Alternatively, the fuse can be removed and its continuity checked. This should be less than 10 Ohms for a good fuse, and open circuit for a blown fuse.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
