Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Observation:
Check bayonet fitting (1) on back of ON/OFF box.
In particular check that the pin (2) is not missing or incorrectly aligned.

Upon reassembly all disturbed joints should be checked for gas tightness.
