Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as necessary)
Selector lever LEFT - HW position
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as necessary)
Selector lever LEFT - HW position
| WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Turn HW tap on and observe fan.
Measure voltage between connector A8 (+ve) and
A11/A12 (neutral) on PCB, track-side, middle right.
Measure voltage between connector A8 (+ve) and
A11/A12 (neutral) on PCB, track-side, middle right.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
