Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Boiler ON/OFF switch set to ON position
Boiler ON/OFF switch set to ON position

Measurement:
Test 1. Measure for A/C voltage across the mains input terminals of the On/Off switch, blue & brown leads with plastic insulation.
Expected voltage, mains voltage, if voltage not as expected choose "Test 1. voltage not as expected - mains input" from below.
Test 2. Measure for A/C voltage across the mains output terminals of the On/Off switch, blue & brown leads with no plastic insulation.
