Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove rectification lead from PCB
Slightly move the spark generators top connector to expose the terminal

Measurement:

Measure for resistance across the disconnected terminal spade & the spark generators top terminal.
Expected resistance is continuity (zero resistance).
Note.
1. When exposing the spark generators top terminal , ensure connector remains attached.
2. Ensure a good connection is made or misdiagnosis will occur.
