Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate and drain cold water supply to boiler
Drain primary system water from boiler
Remove DHW plate heat exchanger

Observation:

Inspect plate heat exchangers waterways for restrictions and/or blockages
