Adjust, Service, Repair or Replace as necessary
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

It is likely the connection between the key and the installer access cover is poor as if the key itself or controls are faulty usually a different fault code would have been displayed.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
