Set Appliance State:

Remove existing wiring from the no voltage controls connector and replace it with a wire link

Observation:
Does the boiler now respond to the CH demand?
Note:
Boiler will take approximately 45 seconds after power on before responding to the CH demand.

and refit as necessary
