Observation:
This appliance can be programmed to use the outdoor temperature sensor for frost protection, it will run the pump if the outside temperature drops below the set limit regardless of the appliance temperature.
Check the settings of the frost protection using the outdoor sensor as follows:
Enter the installer mode and access level 4 - b5 and review the setting (either ON or OFF)

If frost protection is turned off choose that option below.
If it is turned on check the set point for frost protection as follows:
Enter the installer mode and access level 4 - b6 (0-10°C)
Also check the outside temperature then select the appropriate option below.
