Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Remove diverter motor from its housing and place in a safe location to observe its movement
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Enter the service/installer mode - press and hold the tap and radiator buttons simultaneously for 3s.
Navigate to "Function Check" and press ok, "Activate Test" will be displayed, press ok.
Allow the menu to load and navigate to "3-way valve", press ok.
Switch between the "Heating" and "Hot Water" Settings while observing the diverter valve motor.
Does the diverter valve move to the correct positions?
Note:
HW position is fully extended, CH position is fully retracted.

MOTOR MOVES AS ABOVE
MOTOR DOES NOT MOVE AS ABOVE
Navigate to "Function Check" and press ok, "Activate Test" will be displayed, press ok.
Allow the menu to load and navigate to "3-way valve", press ok.
Switch between the "Heating" and "Hot Water" Settings while observing the diverter valve motor.
Does the diverter valve move to the correct positions?

HW position is fully extended, CH position is fully retracted.
