Turn on a cold water tap

Observation:

With a cold tap fully open, is there sufficient flow rate and pressure for the purpose of supplying a combination boiler?
Also inspect pipework for anything that may restrict the flow (e.g. additional stopcocks, isolation valves, combisaves etc).
