Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Run hot water tap at 3 l/min
Run hot water tap at 3 l/min

Measurement:
Measure the AC voltage between pin 1 (blue) and pin 2 (brown).
Expect mains voltage.
Is the voltage measured as expected?
Expect mains voltage.
Is the voltage measured as expected?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
